Orders & Shipping

Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1-2 days. Delivery is expected within 7-14 days, although it may sometimes be faster or slower. You can click here to view our shipping policy.

Once you place an order, you can log in to your personal account on our website to view your order details. Alternatively, our automated system will send an email to the address you provided, both after the order is placed and when it has been shipped. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there either, feel free to contact us.

Product & Size

The product detail section includes a size chart for reference. You can choose based on your usual dressing habits. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for more accurate information.

Regarding measurement errors, since all measurements are done manually, a 1-3 cm discrepancy is within the normal range.

As for shrinkage, we use high-quality natural cotton fabric, so even though we perform a pre-shrinking treatment, slight shrinkage may still occur after the first wash.

Currently, all of our clothing is produced in our own factory in China, which has been operating for 20 years. We are committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly production practices, which is one of the key reasons for our continued growth and success.

Custom

Of course, you can upload images with special meaning to you, such as pictures of pets, landscapes, or portraits, from your phone or computer.

No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can customize as many as you want, whether it's for yourself or as a gift for friends and family.
